The family went to Amesbury for apple picking today. It is International Eat An Apple Day!
Mom picked Cider Hill Farms for our family trip. There are a lot of farms to pick from in New England. Cider Hill is a little far from Tewksbury, but so close to the beach and in a great area mom picked here.
The girls wasted no time picking their apples!
There were several apples to pick from at Cider Hill - Macs, Macoun, Gala, Jonamac, Fortune and Cortland. Not really sure what we picked, but they are very tasty. Sophia thought they were a little tart, but Serafin loved them.
Sophia loved the apple picking! Spending the day in orchard was wonderful... Sophia and Serafin had so much fun picking the apples and playing with David among the trees.
After picking apples, riding tire swings, feeding chickens, and eating some apple donuts we left for the beach.
