Exploring New England -- Salem

Saturday was a beautiful day... It was time to get out and see what New England had to offer.  David has been wanting to see the ocean so we went to Salem to check it out.  With help from the Internet and our Garmin Nuvi we found The Willows in Salem.
The Willows has a waterfront amusement park... Carousel, Arcade, Miniature Golf, Ski Ball, and Boardwalk Treats!  It's a little on the small side, but it was a great pick for the kids... The park next to the Boardwalk was great for a picnic, lots of walking to wear out the kids, and the harbor.

Sophia had a great time at the dock.  "I can smell the fish, Mom!"  Mom was too nervous to let Serafin out of the stroller on the dock.  She really didn't mind much at all...

Right?  After the dock and a really expensive lunch it was time to get close to the water...

The Willows was a great first day trip for the family.  Everyone says Salem is the place to be for Halloween...  Looking forward to getting back there soon.
